Welcome to the website of the Dutch Council of Shopping Centres.
The Dutch Council of Shopping Centre is a non-profit association for all enterprises and institutions involved in shopping centers and the shopping center industry. The strength of DCSC lies in its neutral and independent position within the retail real estate branch. DCSC holds more than 600 members, from over 240 companies, mainly in the sectors development, management, investment, consulting, government, and retail.
Members can meet one another, exchange information and study national and international trends and developments during NRW organized activities. Since the founding in 1986, DCSC has become a platform of stature in the areas of retail, real estate, and town & country planning.
By strategic repositioning DCSC will fulfil another important role in the sector over the coming years, namely, a natural authority. DCSC will mainly focus on dynamics in the following three areas:
- The government and its role and influence on the retail structure.
- The cooperation between parties in the Dutch shopping landscape.
- The consumer and consumer behaviour.
